Teamwork and cooperation is at the heart of New Horizons for Young Women. Some of us learn through doing. Some of us learn by putting actions into words. Teamwork is just that, the actions behind all the conversations. New Horizons for Young Women is a program that is based on finding the strengths within and working to manage limitations. Working within a team is using your strengths in a collaborative method.

Our team appreciates and understands the benefits of single gender programs and because the arena of outdoor adolescent female focused programs is limited, our team strives to be in the forefront of educating and maintaining this specialized field.

Although our program is for female students only, New Horizons for Young Women's mission is to provide your daughter with tools for her life. Thus, our team is made up of both male and female staff in order for your daughter to have a well rounded program and experience.
